discretionary trusts - the fun!

i am in wills & trusts now. my professor is so funny. we are talking about trusts, and she actually used the term "the retarded remainderman." wow. she also has asked the question, "what would hellboy do in this situation?" for the record, i think blogging is pretty nerdy. but what do it know.
